    Ingredients: yerba mate, rose hip peel, lemongrass, chamomile, rose petals, cardamom, basil, black pepper, ginger pieces

    Preparation: 2 teaspoons per cup, pour with boiling water, infuse for 5-10 minutes, and stir.

    Yerba Maté contains a type of caffeine that doesn’t have the dip of coffee and is full of all and possibly more antioxidants than green tea.
