Recommended daily dose:

5 drops 3 times a day for adults (15 minutes before meals). Do not use metal spoons for dosing (use plastic instead). The cap includes a dosing pipette. Administer directly into the mouth or into a small amount of pure water in a glass. For children under 12, consult the manufacturer for dosage.
