Recommended dosage

Take 1 capsule with a sufficient amount of water within one hour after a meal.

Ingredients

Resistant starch – type 3, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, extract from the root of Astragalus membranaceus and Chinese ginseng (Panax notoginseng), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
