There are many products on the market that contain GABA and promise to increase its levels in the brain. However, the direct form of GABA found in these supplements cannot effectively cross into the brain, which makes them ineffective.

* GAD stands for glutamate decarboxylase, an enzyme that plays a key role in the production of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) in the brain.

** GABA is a compound that relaxes the body and mind and prepares them for sleep.

GABA, or gamma-aminobutyric acid, is a neurotransmitter that calms the body and mind, preparing them for sleep. GABA has many positive effects:

In addition, we have added an extract from Holy Basil (Tulsi), which helps the body adapt to psychological and physical stress. The patented Holy Basil extract reduces cortisol levels, improves mood, decreases excessive fatigue, and supports quality sleep.
