Respiro PROBIO is a comprehensive probiotic dietary supplement that contains three clinically studied probiotic strains:

• Lactiplantibacillus plantarum HEAL9

• Lacticaseibacillus paracasei 8700:2

• Streptococcus salivarius BLIS K12™

These probiotic cultures naturally occur in the human body and contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system, protection of mucous membranes, and balance of the microflora in the oral cavity and respiratory tract.

1. Lactiplantibacillus plantarum HEAL9

This probiotic strain is well known for its positive effects on the immune system and support of natural defense against common seasonal infections. Clinical studies show that, in combination with Lacticaseibacillus paracasei 8700:2, it may help reduce the duration of the common cold and ease its symptoms. It supports the production of immunoglobulin A on the mucous membranes of the nose, mouth, and intestines – the body’s first line of defense.

2. Lacticaseibacillus paracasei 8700:2

This probiotic strain has been studied mainly for its role in supporting immunity and preventing respiratory infections. Together with Lactiplantibacillus plantarum HEAL9, it creates a synergistic effect that strengthens natural resistance and reduces the number of days with unpleasant symptoms such as sore throat or fever. It also supports the activity of immune cells responsible for rapid response when encountering pathogens.

3. Streptococcus salivarius BLIS K12™

This strain naturally occurs in the oral cavity, where it helps maintain a balance of beneficial bacteria. It produces specific substances – bacteriocins (salivaricin A2 and B) – that naturally inhibit the growth of undesirable microorganisms. Ingredients

Recommended Use

Dissolve one tablet in the mouth once daily for at least 1 minute, then chew and swallow.

Important Notice

If taking antibiotics, use the recommended dose at least 2 hours after the antibiotic intake. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Store in a dry place at 8–25 °C or room temperature.
